We are seeking a highly self-motivated and confident Outside Sales Representative to join our close-knit, family-owned organization. This position is serving a very hot market selling items such as face masks, medical linens, patient gowns, scrubs, and other in demand products for the healthcare sector. This position is a fully work from home position.

The right person will have the drive and commitment to excel in a fast-paced sales environment and provide outstanding customer service. They will have a competitive edge to routinely hunt new business through prospecting, cold calling, visiting potential clients, and the ability to grow current accounts. The ideal candidate will have the confidence and determination to take the necessary steps to close deals as well as a proven sales history and experience with Business-to-Business (B2B) sales as we rely on our Outside Sales Representatives to drive our growth exponentially.


  • 2+ years of quota-driven outside sales experience
  • Industry experience a plus but not required
  • Must exhibit superior prospecting, presentation and closing skills
  • Proven history of success in outside sales
  • Strong work ethic, self-motivation and desire to succeed
  • Familiar with market
  • Clean driver’s license
  • Ability to work from home office
  • Candidates should: be organized, possess excellent planning and follow-up skills, be outgoing, friendly, and positive, be able to multitask, have a passion for excellence, have a passion to lead teams to produce a high level of performance
